Galvez Restaurant and the Louisiana Basque American Society and Cultural Organization cordially invite you to celebrate the birthday of our name sake, Bernardo de Galvez, on July 23, 2011 from 5pm to 8pm. We will honor the man who brought the Cajuns, Islenos and Basques to Louisiana. Chef Laura will prepare a fine, traditional Basque Family Style Dinner paired with her delicious sangria.
